Just follow the steps below to update your card details.

If your course has already started, please go to Step 3!

Step 1: Reset your password on this page, enter your email address and click 'reset password'

Step 2: You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password (please check your spam/junk folders as it can end up here from time to time)

Step 3: To update your card details, go to My Account

Step 4: Select ‘Payment Methods’ and then ‘Add Payment Method’

Step 5: Enter your new card details (Please double-check that your new card has been set as the default payment method on the ‘Payment Methods’ tab)

Step 6: To activate your subscription, click on ‘Orders’ and you should see a ‘Pay’ button next to your monthly payment, please click this and follow the instructions to activate your subscription
