If you’ve only recently started MNU, to try and put your mind at ease, we do understand a lot of new information can be overwhelming, especially as Module 1 contains some quite in-depth information on research! However, it won’t all be like this! The modules are designed to build on each other, so key information will be recapped to help you build a greater understanding of these more challenging areas.
Areas that students find the most confusing or need further clarification on will also be recapped in the Check-In-Week lectures at the end of each Module, and this may help you to have a clearer understanding of the topics covered.
If you’re further in to the course, we would strongly encourage you to make good use of the Student Support group. The tutors are available to support you 365 days a year, so if you need help with anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the Facebook group.
We would never want anyone to feel like they weren’t given the support they need to achieve their qualification so if you’re still finding MNU too challenging/overwhelming, and there is something we can do to support you more, please get in touch with us & we will do everything we can to help you.

Finally, if you’re still hoping to improve your knowledge of nutrition, but MNU is proving to be too challenging, you may be interested in completing our foundation course, MN School of Nutrition (MNSON). It’s important to note that this course would not certify you, or provide you with our bespoke insurance policy for working with clients. It would, however, certainly improve your understanding of nutrition science, and allow you to get better results with yourself, friends and family.
You could always then return to MNU in the future if/when you felt able to! If you would like to find out more about MNSON you can read: What is MN School of Nutrition?
