I’m having trouble accessing my course

We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your course!

Please double-check that you're using the same email address you used to enrol onto MNU (this will also be the same email address that we email you on).

If you are using the same email address and you paid for the course as a one-off payment, please jump ahead and click on the link at the bottom.

For anyone paying monthly, this is likely due to your monthly instalment for your course fees being unsuccessful. As your account is directly linked to your payments, it will suspend your account temporarily until this payment has gone through.

In order to re-activate your account, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go your 'Orders' in your Account Area

Step 2: To activate your subscription, you should see a ‘Pay’ button next to your monthly payment, please click this and follow the instructions to activate your subscription
