Why can’t I access my account?

If you paid for the course as a one-off payment, please jump ahead and click on the link at the bottom.

For anyone paying monthly, this is likely due to your monthly course fee being unsuccessful. As your account is directly linked to your payments, it will suspend your account until this payment has gone through.

If this is the case, you can re-activate your subscription by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Log into your Account Area (you will be prompted to sign in)

Step 2: If you do not need to update your card details, skip to ‘Step 5’

Step 3: Select “Payment Methods”, then click "Add Payment Method”

Step 4: Please ensure that your new card has been made the default payment method (this should automatically happen)

Step 5: Click on ‘Orders’ and you will see a ‘Pay’ button next to your monthly payment

Step 6: Complete the purchase of the outstanding month, which will then re-activate your account
