I honestly have gained so much knowledge and experience through taking this course.

The content is pitched perfectly and I now feel completely confident that I can work with clients (and already am).

The staff are just fantastic – so knowledgeable but also really approachable and I’ve also met lots of people on the course who will be in my network for the future.

This is honestly the best course I’ve ever taken – that includes all school qualifications, my degree and any CPD courses relating to my old career in marketing to my current career as a personal trainer.

The content is not only useful for the real world, but it breaks down some difficult subjects into easy to understand parts. The support is unreal, with tutors available at any time, should you need it.

I loved learning the basics but then being able to apply them to specific scenarios i.e. diabetes, PCOS, elderly, athletes etc. I now feel like I can work with a huge variety of clients.
