MNU went well above any expectations I had of a nutrition course.
The biggest highlight has been the clarity that it has given me.
I stumbled across MNU, almost by accident. I was very close to signing up for BTN, when a friend in the industry who had already done BTN, recommended I look into MNU instead.
I came into MNU with a strong ‘clean eating’ bias and some signs of restrictive eating patterns in my own behaviours. However, I now have a far more balanced approach to nutrition
I’m embarrassed to say I had no concept of evidence based practice.
I now have a critical and evidence-based mindset which I can’t help but apply to almost every area of my life.
