Nutrition has always held a high status in my life due to my own sporting background and my passionate fascination with this area. Inspired by my own MNU Certified Nutritionist, Sam Travis, I decided to study for this diploma.

MNU was excellent in its presentation and the support offered, and it has fuelled my passion, as well as provided me with the knowledge and understanding I need, not only for my progress but also so that I can help and support others.

So much so that I have taken the leap and retired from my post of Headteacher and a career of 24 years in education to set up my own business as a Nutritionist!

My faith in what the MNU diploma would provide me with made me take this risky leap, and I can honestly say I have not looked back; I am so excited to be working within a field that fuels my passion and doesn’t feel like a ‘job’ at all.
