MNU was the most informative and thorough course I have ever taken.

I appreciated the additional reading and hand-outs associated with each weekly lecture topic, the weekly quizzes and the fact that the final exams had the real possibility of failing.

Despite being nervous about the exams (although they do an exceptional job of preparing you) I knew completing MNU would better me as a nutritionist.
