The level of detail on MNU and explanations into each subject was great.

There was enough detail to fully understand the subject without loads of additional information that overcomplicates it (I have experienced this with other courses & it made me feel out of my depth).

MNU included information about the science, but also how to practically apply this to real-life situations, which was priceless.

A highlight for me was the bodybuilding lecture, this is an area I am particularly interested in working in. I have absolutely loved the course, the knowledge I now have is invaluable.

I am so excited to start working with more clients and help change more lives.
