Until I did MNU, I would never have had the confidence to do nutrition seminars for large companies.

Since starting MNU, I have done about 5 corporate workshops for the top companies in Northern Ireland and hosted my very own ‘Nutrition and Female Health’ event.

The event attracted 230 attendees, who came from all over Ireland, which is my proudest moment to date.

I currently work alongside top medical and industry professionals delivering nutrition and female health workshops and have recently been approached by schools and Universities.

Having done several other nutrition courses, I know that there is no comparison to MNU.

The highlights for me were the weekend residentials and the new Mac-Nutrition family that I now belong to!
